Temporary Events & Vendor Management Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Coordinator to support our Events & Vendor Management team during a high-activity period from now till March 2026. The successful candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing major events, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in the development of event timelines, logistics plans, and resource allocation.
  • Support pre-event preparations including venue arrangements, transport scheduling, and material readiness.

Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Track deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.

Administrative & Logistical Support

  • Maintain documentation, reports, and event records.
  • Handle procurement requests, invoicing, and budget tracking.

On-Site Event Support

  • Provide hands-on assistance during events, including setup, registration, crowd control, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors and participants.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in event coordination or logistics is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
