Roles & Responsibilities

Temp Retail Ambassadors required to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

  • 8-9 hour shifts from 10am to 10pm, Mondays to Sundays (5 days per week)
  • Part-time shifts from 10am to 10pm, Fridays to Sundays (3 days per week)

Duration:

  • Immediate start for 1 to 3 months

Job Scope:

  • Meet and greet customers at the door, engage conversation and provide first-level assistance to their needs. Crowd control if necessary.
  • Attend to customer needs/requirements including promotion/up-selling of items
  • Assist with stock take, price tagging, inventory count
  • Assist in pop-up store/store display and ensure tidiness/cleanliness
  • Assist permanent staff to retrieve stocks/collect items from other stores

Requirements:

  • Minimum ITC, A Levels or Diploma or Degree holders with some experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B
  • Able to work retail shifts and weekends
  • Pleasant personality, outgoing, customer service oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, well-groomed
