▪ Performs tasks like greeting customers
▪ Answering product questions
▪ Assisting with sales
▪ Restocking shelves
▪ Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
▪ Assisting with inventory management and loss prevention
▪ Ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting overall store operations to help the store run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
    • Greeting customers and making them feel welcome.
    • Assisting customers in finding products.
    • Answering questions about products, prices, and promotions.
    • Handling customer complaints, returns, and exchanges.
  • Store Operations & Merchandising:
    • Restocking shelves and organizing products.
    • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
    • Assisting with creating and setting up displays.
    • Monitoring stock levels and identifying items that need replenishment.
  • Sales & Transactions:
    • Processing sales, cash transactions, and using point-of-sale systems .
    • Informing customers about sales, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Receiving and processing new product shipments.
    • Assisting with periodic inventory checks and audits.
    • Ensuring the accuracy of stock records.
  • Store Safety & Security:
    • Monitoring the sales floor for potential theft or damage.
    • Following safety and health regulations.
    • Performing basic safety practices and carrying out related documentation

▪ Experience: 1 to 3 Years
▪ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
