• Position : Retail Associate (Mid-Tier Artisan Jewellery) – Up to Gross $3,000 or more
• Location : Orchard ION Mall / Changi Airport Terminal 1
• Working hours : 5 OR 6 Days Shift Work | 10am - 7pm OR 11am - 8pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic $2,000 + $75 Allowance + Commission of Average $300 - $1000 or more + OT Payable (Only during Busy Period) + 12 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Staff discounts

Main Responsibilities:

• Engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
• Provide prompt and efficient service to all customers.
• Handle customer complaints, repairs, servicing and after sales services.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including receiving of stocks and merchandise.
• Manage cash for cash transactions
• Prepare Daily Sales Report for submission to head office.
• Share customer feedback with the Retail Store Manager.

Requirements:

• Preferably with 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers who can converse in Mandarin only.
