Part-Time Remote Scheduling Specialist (Work from Home)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Previous sales experience is required
  • Warm, personable, and confident communicator
  • Comfortable building quick rapport with clients
  • Growth mindset and open to learning
  • Confident overcoming objections while staying patient and professional
  • Consistently reliable with follow-through
  • Familiarity with CRM and scheduling platforms - we use Market

  • A genuine love for connecting with peopleExperience:
  • Education: High school diploma required
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Remote Work: 1 year (Required)
  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to follow up on warm leads (no cold calling)
  • Handling inbound calls from clients
  • Scheduling appointments and entering client details into our system
  • Sending follow-up emails and texts
  • Communicating client needs and feedback with the team to ensure smooth experiences
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing training via zoom

You’ll be fully supported with clear processes and tools so you can focus on what you do best—connecting with people

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php353.19 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
