Part-Time Customer Service @ Changi Airport ✈️ | $12/HR | 3 days a week
<p>We are looking for part-timers who are comfortable working on a <b>shift and standby basis</b>, including<b> last-minute activations </b>for leave coverage.</p><p><b>Opportunity</b></p><ul><li>3 - 4 days work week between Mon to Sun: 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am</li><li>East | Changi Airport T1, T2 or T3</li></ul><p><b>Job Responsibilities</b><i></i></p><ul><li>Provide friendly and efficient service at GTC counters in Terminals 1, 2, and 3.</li><li>Handle passenger enquiries and taxi bookings.</li><li>Share accurate details on taxi rates, vehicle types, booking rules, payment options, and waiting time.</li><li>Manage queues and ensure smooth boarding at pick-up points.</li><li>Assist passengers with alternative transport options (buses, MRT, normal taxis) when needed.</li><li>Give each passenger and driver a service form with booking details, charges, and contact information.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Prior experience as a Concierge / Receptionist / Admin Assistant would be an advantage</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual</li><li>Service-oriented, able to effectively serve passengers and answer any enquiries in a professional manner;</li><li>Proficiency in operating relevant systems, including but not limited to booking applications</li><li>Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately and responsibly, including the use of POS terminals and issuing receipts where required</li></ul><p>*Please note that this is a 1 year contract role, renewable/ extendable.
