Part Time Clinical Assistant

This role allows you to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, supporting the daily operations of the clinic. Key responsibilities include:

Accommodating patients, taking temperatures and weights
Issuing medication and processing payments
Conducting COVID-19/ Influenza Swabs and ECG tests
Scheduling appointments for chronic disease patients and reminding them of upcoming appointments
Handling incoming calls and enquiries
Processing claims for Medisave, CHAS, MBS and Managed Care schemes

The ideal candidate will possess:

Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Diligent and eager to learn
Good IT proficiency required
Familiarity with MBS, MHCP claim portal and TPA claims advantageous
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Malay an asset
Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting
Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition

Please note the available work schedule: Tue, Fri 5-9.30pm, Sun 8-1pm and 5-9pm.
