Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Role Overview/Role Snapshot:
As a Part-Time Personal Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing tasks, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative duties. This role offers flexibility and the chance to work closely with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Correspondence handling (emails, call, etc.)
- Task organization and prioritization
- Data entry and documentation
- Coordination meeting and appointments
Qualifications:
- No boomer mentality - you will be primarily reporting to management who are in their 20 to 30s (gen z and millennial)
- Keen to learn and listen
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Office software (Excel sheet)
- Meticulous and organized
- Excellent time-management
- Responsible and takes ownership of your work
- Big slay if you have had previous administrative or personal assistant experience
