Packaging Specialist

In this role, you will support and manage key R&D projects in the material development of Fiber based Packaging solutions. **A day in the life of...**: - Support or lead R&D development and deployment projects with a high impact on the business - Manage the project in alignment with I2L and Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiative - Interact proactively with the other functions, especially the business lead, Institute of Packaging Science, Procurement and operations to ensure the overall project objectives are met - Development of Fiber based Packaging solutions to meet sustainability targets - Collaboration with converters for the development of new packaging solutions and execution in markets - Manage projects in a timely fashion to deliver 60/40 winning product and commission new production line in accordance to business needs - Set and maintain standards, Develop competencies, support Factory operations, define industrial solutions - Contribute in ideation, development and industrialization of new fiber based packaging solutions **What will make you successful**: - Bachelors' Degree in a relevant field - Minimum 5 years in the corresponding technical field, preferably in the Beverage manufacturing (as Specialist Packaging) - Successful deployment of new technologies or solutions in Factories - Participation in the development of improvement with external Suppliers - Recognized competence in his/her area of expertise - General Personnel Supervision experience (mainly on technical teams) - Lead the development of packaging projects, including Majors, as part of a multidisciplinary team - Lead the commissioning and start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) or systems - Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process, product or packing optimization/continuous improvement - Experience or exposure to different environments (different businesses, factories, etc.) .
