Middle Office Specialist, Pre-regulatory Reporting

Do you have the appetite to link the front-to-back flow to the way trades are being reported, and come up with robust processes to ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of our reports?<br><br>We're looking for someone like that to:<br><br><ul><li> support new business and regulatory requirements, with key focus on the upcoming JFSA, ASIC and MAS rule re-writes</li><li> participate in UAT and post-release checks in relation to re-write builds and system changes</li><li> manage exceptions associated with HKMA, MAS, ASIC and JFSA reporting and escalate risk items</li><li> understand the front-to-back processes and apply this knowledge to ensure transaction integrity of our reporting</li><li> participate in various internal forums to review issues and perform root cause analysis</li><li> act as the contact point for other internal teams on FRC reporting issues and queries for APAC jurisdictions<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your team<br></strong>You’ll be working in the APAC Global Market Pre Regulatory and Reporting team in Singapore. We are part of the Middle Office and are IB division aligned. We play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of regulatory reporting across APAC jurisdictions.<br><br>This role supports the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory transaction reporting, including control execution, exception management, escalation governance, and KPCi (Key Process Control Indicators) assessments. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams including RTR, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and IT to uphold regulatory standards and drive continuous process improvement.<br><br><strong>Your expertise<br><br></strong><ul><li> a University degree or equivalent</li><li> at least 5 or more years of working experience in Middle Office, Transaction Reporting or other IB Operations areas preferred</li><li> a good understanding of FRC and Equity derivative products is highly advantageous</li><li> strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., ASIC, MAS, JFSA) and reporting obligations.</li><li> strong attention to detail and willingness to learn complex regulatory frameworks.</li><li> ability to work with cross-functional teams including RTR, Risk, Compliance, and IT to drive remediations and track prioritization.</li><li> strategic mindset with ability to influence process improvements and risk mitigation, contribution in governance reviews, managing escalation and driving remediation.<br><br></li></ul>You are:<br><br><ul><li> a self-starter who can learn and apply new knowledge very quickly</li><li> a team player who collaborates well with different functions from different locations</li><li> a good communicator, who can confidently convey information to different audience appropriately at all levels</li><li> a problem solver and a good time manager.
