Job Opportunity: Counselling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Counselling Specialist to provide assessment, evaluation, and follow-ups on Madrasah students. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, evaluation, and follow-ups on Madrasah students with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Offer individualized counselling and case management services to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Develop personalized case formulations and interventions that address the complexities of each student's situation.
• Engage in crisis intervention with confidence and poise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide referrals and ensure seamless support for students.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree or postgraduate diploma in Counselling or Psychology from a recognized university is essential.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in counselling, preferably with clients aged 7-19 years old.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Certificate in Islamic Studies would be highly valued but is not mandatory.
