Position Overview
Healthcare Customer Service Representatives engage directly with customers, using innovative solutions to handle inquiries and resolve concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer queries through phone, email, chat, or social platforms
- De-escalate difficult situations calmly and efficiently
- Escalate issues as appropriate
- Assist customers and process payments when required
- Document interactions for audits and reporting accurately
- Share feedback on trending problems and customer concerns
- Upsell services when necessary
What We Look For
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Preferably six months or more of previous customer service experience
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- High school diploma or GED completed
- Experience with desktop computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Logical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities
- User-level knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong organization and prioritization abilities
Work from Home Requirements
- Internet download speed of 12.0 Mbps or higher
- Upload speed of at least 3.0 Mbps
- Reliable internet provider with less than 50ms ping and zero packet loss
- Proof of internet speed capability
