Freelance Recruiter (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a commission-based arrangement.

This is a 100% remote role — all you need is a laptop and phone to get started.

You’ll work closely with us to understand clients’ hiring needs and help identify suitable candidates through various platforms. You’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end — from sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to offer management.

No client pitching is required. However, if you have the ability to bring in new clients, you’ll receive additional incentives .

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements shared by clients and identify suitable candidates
• Source, screen, and engage candidates across different platforms
• Coordinate interviews and support offer negotiations
• Maintain regular communication with both candidates and internal team

Requirements:

• Valid CEI Certificate (Compulsory)
• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently
• Access to a laptop and mobile phone
