Customer Service Center (Part time)
- Flexi shift hours (min 4hrs/day).
- Initial 3-6 months in office (adjustable based on progress).
- WFH possible later (after systems & workflow familiarity).

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Enquiry Handling
• Answer inbound calls from guests in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer enquiries related to orders, feedback, or promotions efficiently
• Guide customers through our online ordering platforms
Order Logging & System Use
• Use Linux-based tools (e.g., PuTTY) and internal software to track and manage guest interactions
• Enter orders and guest feedback accurately into the system
Data Entry & Reporting
• Perform basic data entry in Microsoft Excel for logs, checklists, and daily operations
• Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and operational trackers
Interdepartmental Coordination
• Provide clear, updated information on products, menu items, and promotions to guests
• Liaise with relevant teams to escalate unresolved issues where necessary
Refund & Shift Operations
• Submit and log customer refunds as per guidelines
• Support shift-based administrative tasks as assigned
