Commercial Operations Executive

Responsibilities


Operations

  • Manage and oversee regional operations to deliver Annual Sales Plans and achieve profitability targets.
  • Ensure daily operations align with brand standards and operational excellence.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key business metrics including sales, inventory, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance the client database to ensure accuracy and support growth strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to execute activations and CRM initiatives effectively.


Commercial Support

  • Manage commercial documentation including agreements, terms & conditions and performance summaries.
  • Prepare business reports and presentations to support strategic commercial decisions.
  • Handle administrative processes such as purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and cost control.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure end-to-end operational execution.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail, commercial, or franchise operations (preferably in fashion or luxury).
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or retail systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage.
