Commercial Operations Executive
Responsibilities
Operations
- Manage and oversee regional operations to deliver Annual Sales Plans and achieve profitability targets.
- Ensure daily operations align with brand standards and operational excellence.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key business metrics including sales, inventory, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance the client database to ensure accuracy and support growth strategies.
- Partner with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to execute activations and CRM initiatives effectively.
Commercial Support
- Manage commercial documentation including agreements, terms & conditions and performance summaries.
- Prepare business reports and presentations to support strategic commercial decisions.
- Handle administrative processes such as purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and cost control.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure end-to-end operational execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail, commercial, or franchise operations (preferably in fashion or luxury).
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or retail systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage.
