Location: London Marylebone

Salary:- Up to £31K annually or £12.21 to £14
Hours: 45 hours per week (flexible, including evenings & weekends)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time

About Us:
Filli Café is a global tea and food brand, famous for our Signature Zafran Tea and cosy “Tea n’ Talk” experience. We’re expanding quickly in the UK and are looking for an experienced Chef specialising in Indian cuisine to join our London or Manchester team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations and maintain the highest food standards
  • Prepare and present authentic Indian dishes with consistency and flair
  • Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team
  • Manage food costs, stock control, and kitchen budgets
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
  • Support menu planning and innovation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef (Indian cuisine essential)
  • Strong skills in food preparation, quality control, and presentation
  • Experience managing kitchen teams and training staff
  • Knowledge of food cost management and stock control
  • Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
  • Passion for food, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
