Business Academic

We are seeking a highly qualified Lecturer to join our academic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality contributions to undergraduate and/or post-graduate programmes related to business and management.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop strategies for teaching, learning, and assessments according to programme requirements, as well as prepare course materials and assessments. They will also be responsible for grading assessments and supervising projects/dissertations.

In addition, the Lecturer will participate in assessment moderation panels and curriculum development activities, contribute to programme management and administrative duties as appropriate, and provide counselling and consulting services to students.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a recognized bachelor/master's degree in the subject area or related discipline, as well as a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in related subject areas or related discipline expertise in the assigned subjects.

Candidates should also possess ACTA or relevant teaching experience and qualifications, excellent communication and presentation skills, and dynamic, outgoing, and articulate interpersonal skills.
