Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, and other café drinks.


• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment confidently.


• Maintain consistency and presentation standards across all drinks.


• Assist in developing new café beverages and seasonal drink menus.


• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and beverage ingredients.


• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards for all bar and café areas.


• Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.


• Support café operations when needed (e.g., cashiering, light food prep).

Requirements


• Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience in a café environment.


• Skilled in coffee preparation (espresso, latte art, etc.) and café-style beverages.


• Knowledge of various drink recipes and willingness to learn new creations.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• Team player with positive attitude and initiative.

Working Hours & Benefits


• Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM


• Work Week: 6 days per week


• Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,200/month (depending on experience)


• Staff meals provided


• Performance-based incentives


• 1 off day per week
