The role involves accurate data entry, administrative support, and maintaining data integrity for Australian clients. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry into internal systems, CRMs, and spreadsheets. Update customer records, job details, inventory logs, or project information. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, scheduling, and reporting. Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy. Process emails, forms, and requests from Australian teams. Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in admin, data entry, back-office processing, or BPO support. Strong typing skills with high accuracy. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and basic office tools. Good written English and ability to follow instructions precisely.
