It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage and analyse business requirement in Core Banking systems focusing on Payments (SWIFT, PayNow, Duitnow, PromptPay, etc) and translate Business Requirements Document into solution design.</li><li>Work closely with Application lead / vendors provide estimation mandays and Functional Specification.</li><li>Design and implement our Customer Demographics System, analyzing customer data to inform business decisions. </li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a robust system that drives business growth through data-driven insights, leveraging their technical expertise in AS400 and SIBS</li><li>Conduct Functional Specification and Traceability review with business and test team.</li><li>Review test strategy prepared by Testing team and automate Core Bank test application suites for regression testing.</li><li>Work closely with Architecture team to derive a technical solution.</li><li>Prepare Executive summary for all Release work related and projects for mangement reporting, detailing project risk, escalations and design proposals.</li><li>Work together with Application lead on audit-related items.</li><li>Update the team for any Release Management/Projects news like escalations, design decisions etc.</li><li>Build a strong relationship with business partner to manage expectations and deliverables.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or similar domain.</li><li>Have background knowledge Banking Technology (Deposit, Loans, Payment, Wealth) or Core Banking Preferred.</li><li>Able to cross learn new product domain knowledge .</li><li>5-7 years of relevant experience in Deposit/Loans software development, Payments, eg Local interbank (Duitnow, Paynow, G3, PromptPay) and Silverlake Banking system knowledge is an added advantage.</li><li>Experience with data analysis, system integration, and software development on the AS400 platform, with knowledge of SIBS </li><li>Good analytical skills and agile in handling multiple streams of demands from business.</li><li>Experience in dealing with different teams with diverse background/units.</li><li>Knowledge of waterfall and agile development management model, challenge the normal.</li><li>Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Excellent verbal , written and presentation skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Requirements<br><br></strong>Role Type (GTO)<br><br>Be a Part of the UOB Family<br><br>UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
