Key Responsibilities

• Perform system integration and testing according to work instruction/procedure and test plan.
• Ensure all duties are performed in a safe manner and keep all employees aware of dangers in the work area.
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to production schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of production assemblers and test operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high productivity, quality, and safety.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage production stores inventory.
• Track and analyze production metrics, such as yield, and cycle time, and take appropriate actions to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.

Diploma in Engineering/manufacturing or related field preferred. 2-3 years managing production staff and processes, including supervising, planning, and directing production to produce quality products.
