Assistant/Manager, Presales

<p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end Telecom & Government ICT solutioning</li><li>Responsible for RFP document development and preparation, and ensure that high quality proposals are submitted on time</li><li>Perform effective engagement with bid stakeholders, customers and partners for bid submission</li><li>Work closely with Sales to understand customers’ requirements, business environment and related complexity and formulate bid win strategies and value proposition for proposals</li><li>Manage and negotiate with partners and vendors on commitments and commercial terms</li><li>Ensure bid proposals adhere to finance and legal guidelines; manage risk log and mitigation plan</li><li>Work with Pricing Manager to ensure proposed pricing is in line with overall bid strategy, establish pricing structure that meets business/corporate target margins and gain internal approvals for customer submission and make changes where appropriate</li><li>Perform bid presentation and contract negotiation with customers</li><li>Able to conduct sales engagement to closure</li><li>Build business cases and present proposals to management</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Degree in Engineering or Information Technology with 3 - 5 years’ relevant working experience</li><li>Experience in ICT/Telecom industry or pricing roles is advantageous</li><li>Experience in managing, deploying, monitoring or configuring security related components, example, firewalls, security advisories, etc.</li><li>Specialization certifications e.g. Cisco CCNP/CCIE (R&S), Aruba (ACCP, ACMP, ACDP, ACSP), Fortinet (NSE4 and above), CheckPoint, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure, CISSP or equivalent will have added advantage</li><li>Must be effective both as an individual and in teams excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills</li><li>Experience in doing High Level Design and Low Level Design for various ICT solutions (Networking, Security, Unified communications).</li><li>Experience in ZTNA, XDR, EDR, NDR, SIEM, DDOS solutions.</li><li>Understanding of Microsoft O365, Exchange, on premise AD and Azure AD.</li></ul><p></p>
