Now Hiring: Contract Service Ambassador (Visitor Management)

Location: Bukit Batok
Salary: $10/hour
Contract Duration: Till 31 March 2026

Working Hours:
5 Days Week (Monday to Saturday) – Must be able to commit to both shifts (rotating weekly based on operations):

1 Day 4 - 4.5 Hours only !

Shift 1:

• Monday to Friday:
• 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and orientate visitors and patients at the lobby
• Assist with online check-in and self-help kiosks
• Support crowd control and monitor traffic flow
• Prevent tailgating and ensure safety at gantries
• Conduct basic cleanliness checks in waiting areas and toilets
• Attend to enquiries and feedback from the public
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Comfortable with patient and visitor interaction
