<h2><b>🛫Job Scope</b></h2><ul><li>Coordinate with the Baggage Coordinator (BC) and Engineering Baggage Control Room Supervisors for any areas to focus on during start of shift at the BHA.</li><li>Ensure daily manning levels of the GHA for arrival, departure, and transfer handling are sufficient.</li><li>Prepare and send various reports/SitReps to the Baggage Coordinator to collate and report.</li><li>Ensure the BHA is always kept clean and tidy by working with FM External and other stakeholders.</li><li>Report to FMC for any issues with the facilities and cleaning.</li><li>Facilitate Joint Inspections with stakeholders together with Airside Support Officers or higher.</li><li>Close coordination with all stakeholders in the BHA.</li></ul><h2><b>🛫Requirements</b></h2><ul><li>Experience in an operations environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to quickly evaluate large amounts of information and come up with sound decisions under time constraints.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Well-developed customer service and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to develop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with Airline/Airport apron and/or baggage operations an asset.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p></p><p>EA Personnel Name: Lau Jing Wen DionneEA Personnel No: R25157681EA License No: 01C4394</p>
